Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns (Unopened Only)
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
- Item is unused and in original packaging
- Customer covers return shipping
- A 15–20% restocking fee may apply

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Damage
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and item. We will assist in resolving the issue.

- Used or assembled bikes
- Items without original packaging
- Custom or modified orders

Warranty
All bikes are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (parts only in most cases). Labor is not typically included. We will assist with warranty claims and support.
