Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to assembly or pickup.
Once a vehicle has been assembled, prepared for pickup, or picked up by the customer, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Returns
Due to the nature of assembled electric motorcycles and off-road vehicles, all sales are final once the vehicle has been picked up.
Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the vehicle at the time of pickup. By accepting delivery of the vehicle, the customer acknowledges that it has been received in satisfactory condition.
Defective or Warranty Issues
If you experience a manufacturer defect or warranty-related issue after pickup, please contact East Bay E-Moto as soon as possible. We will assist you with troubleshooting and, when applicable, facilitate the manufacturer's warranty process.
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
Pickup Inspection
Before leaving with your vehicle, we encourage you to:
Inspect the overall condition of the vehicle.
Verify the correct model and color.
Ensure all included accessories and components have been received.
Ask any questions about operation, charging, or maintenance.
Once the vehicle has been accepted and leaves our possession, it is considered delivered in good condition unless a warranty issue arises.
