1. General Information

East Bay E-Moto LLC is an off-road electric motorcycle dealership based in Brentwood, California. We specialize in electric dirt bikes, demos, and in-store purchases.

All products sold by East Bay E-Moto are intended for off-road use only, unless otherwise stated.

2. Product Information, Pricing & Availability

All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to ensure accuracy; however, errors or omissions may occur. East Bay E-Moto reserves the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any transaction if necessary.

Pricing does not include applicable taxes, registration fees (if any), or additional accessories unless explicitly stated.

3. Purchases & In-Store Pickup

East Bay E-Moto operates primarily as an in-store dealership. Any purchases made online, if available, are for in-store pickup only, unless otherwise specified.

Orders are not considered complete until payment is received and pickup arrangements are confirmed. Valid identification may be required at pickup.

4. Financing Disclaimer

Flexible financing options may be available in-store only through third-party financing providers.

Financing is not guaranteed
Approval is subject to lender review and eligibility
East Bay E-Moto does not control approval decisions, terms, or interest rates
Financing offers may change or be discontinued at any time

All financing agreements are between the customer and the financing provider.

5. Demo Rides & Use of Equipment

Demo rides are offered at our discretion and may require:

A signed waiver
Valid identification
Safety equipment
Compliance with all rules and instructions

By participating in a demo ride, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of riding an off-road electric motorcycle and agree to assume full responsibility for your actions.

6. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Off-road riding involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or death.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

East Bay E-Moto LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use, misuse, or operation of any product sold or demoed
Customers are responsible for proper training, supervision (especially for minors), and compliance with all local laws and safety guidelines

7. No Guarantees or Warranties by Dealer

All manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided directly by the manufacturer. East Bay E-Moto does not offer additional warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and branding, is the property of East Bay E-Moto LLC and may not be used without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
