Service Description

Give your child their first real riding experience with the STACYC demo ride at East Bay E-Moto. This session allows young riders to safely try a STACYC electric balance bike in a controlled environment while parents see exactly how the bikes work, how sizing fits, and how their child handles riding. Our team will guide setup, explain safety basics, and help you determine the best model based on your child’s age and size. This is the perfect way to take the guesswork out of buying online and make sure your child is truly ready for electric riding. PRICE Demo Fee: $100 per session ✅ Applied toward purchase if you buy ❌ Non-refundable if canceled or not used ✅ Covers bike use, supervision, and fitting ✅ No obligation to purchase (Optional line you can add if you do time slots:) Each session includes up to 30 minutes of ride time. BOOKING POLICY & WAIVER TERMS Booking Policy • $100 required at time of booking • Fee is non-refundable • Fee is applied toward purchase when you buy a STACYC bike from East Bay E-Moto • Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance • Missed appointments are forfeited • Parent or legal guardian must be present during demo • Closed-toe shoes, helmet, and long pants required Registration Disclaimer All demo bikes are intended for off-road use only.
